These website terms apply to your use of The Bad BHouse website and to preliminary project and sourcing inquiries. Project-specific proposals, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, specifications, and written approvals may contain additional or different terms and control for that project.

Design, sourcing and custom manufacturing

The Bad BHouse provides design, sourcing, procurement and custom-manufacturing coordination. Availability, pricing, lead times, materials, finishes, freight, duties, installation requirements and manufacturing capabilities may change until confirmed in writing.

Reference images, “dupes” and custom alternatives

Clients may provide photographs, links, sketches, measurements or existing products as visual references or design direction. When The Bad BHouse sources or develops a custom, reference-inspired, similar, alternative or “dupe” product, it is not represented as an exact copy unless an exact written specification has expressly been agreed to and is legally permissible.

Custom and manufacturer-produced alternatives may differ from reference products in dimensions, proportions, materials, color, grain, finish, hardware, upholstery, stitching, construction, comfort, performance, pattern placement, handcrafted details and other characteristics. Screen images, samples and photographs can also vary from final production. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and natural-material variation should be expected.

The Bad BHouse does not authorize counterfeit branding, false origin claims or unauthorized use of third-party trademarks. Brand names supplied by a client are used only to identify design references unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client approvals

Where a client approves a drawing, sample, finish, material, dimension, rendering, quotation or production detail, production may proceed based on that approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional cost, delay, remake charges or may not be technically possible.

Comparable pricing and savings

Any comparison to retail, market or reference pricing is based on information available at the time and may change. Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, comparison figures are estimates and should not be treated as a promise that another seller would transact at a particular price.

Freight, duties and delivery

International freight, customs, duties, tariffs, port charges, storage, final-mile delivery and installation can change due to factors outside The Bad BHouse's control. Project documents will identify whether these costs are included, estimated, provisional or billed separately.

Website content

Images, text, layouts, project materials and original Bad BHouse content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks and product references remain the property of their respective owners.

No guarantee of uninterrupted website access

We may update, suspend or change website features without notice. Online tools are provided on an as-available basis.

Limitation of website information

Website content is general information and does not itself create a binding project agreement. A project becomes binding only through the applicable signed or accepted project documents.

Questions about project-specific terms should be resolved in writing before approval or payment.
